Suggestions for server and forum

I have few ideas that i wanna share
Server ideas: Fun realm to be PVE so no PVP system there
255 to be PVP\PVE
PVP is PVP
no flaming and such things that is against our rules!
IF I SEE SOMEONE TO FLAME I WILL BAN!
Danko was an gm\moderator that flamed and got banned by me.
In every realm to be 5-6 GM's (without the owner and co-owner, admins etc.) only Head gms and gms

I dont think on a fun server is a good idea to make pve...if u have instant i dont know what gear it will be boring some times... ad if a realm is pvp u can also play pve so dot change it...My opinion
